Meet the Team - Billy Kaplan
Billy Kaplan has been a heavy duty wrecker driver for Tidewater Express Inc since 2009, and has towed everything you can think of in all five main types of tow trucks. While Billy has the tow truck driving skills to wheel any vehicle in our fleet, you will typically find him driving one of our heavy duty rotator trucks. Being a wrecker driver, means when he’s not out on a towing and recovery call you can find Billy working on truck repairs in one of our Chesapeake, VA shops.

A FEW FUN FACTS ABOUT BILLY KAPLAN:
There is something different going on everyday, in both driving and my day. I could be out on a simple towing job, or on a complex recovery call – or I’m in the shop working on truck repairs. No two days are the same!
The KW truck that I drive. I’m am fortunate for the gear that Tidewater provides to us. They always make sure that we have the best available support for the job that needs done.
I like EVERYTHING. Being out in the truck most days, all day, I like to switch up music genres depending on what’s going on that day.
