Meet the Team - Service Writer - Dallas Senters
Dallas Senters started in August 2020, and works out of the Tidewater Express Truck Repair shop in Chesapeake. As our Service Writer, Dallas is the direct liaison between the customer and the Tidewater Express in-shop diesel mechanics. She takes care of scheduling customers maintenance service or repairs, she will discuss the customers requirements and translate that information to our shop technicians. Should updates need relayed from our shop technicians or further work need done, Dallas will have the knowledge about your vehicle or equipment and will stay in communication with the customer.

It has to be the family atmosphere that we have here at Tidewater Express in general and specifically my Chesapeake location co-workers.
Just coming into our atmosphere is my motivation. Working at Tidewater Express is a great and positive change from my last job. My boss here and all of the shop guys are great, and that all makes my days fly by.
