Meet the Team - Zak Adkins
Zak Adkins has been part of the Tidewater Express team for the past 2 and a half years, and is one of our many talented tow truck Wrecker Driver based out of the Chesapeake truck repair shop. He is also one of our main guys who runs one of the TEI wrecker trucks at Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway in Hampton, VA for race nights every Wednesday and Saturday through out the season. Zak is our own class goofball and always keeps our dispatchers and office staff on their toes and usually in tears laughing. However, when it’s time to get to work there is no one more serious about safety and efficiency than Zak. You’ve seen the photos of our newest snatch tow truck with the KT’s Disposal accents (below again, just in case you missed it), you’ll find Zak behind the wheel of that tow truck on the track. Whether he is on a towing and recovery call around the Hampton Roads area or cleaning up wrecks at the local NASCAR track, Zak is one of our go-to wrecker drivers.

We are all one big happy family here at Tidewater and that is one of my favorite things. The atmosphere that is created by my co-workers makes it easy to come into work every day.
