Meet the Team - Sylvia Senters
Sylvia Senters has been part of the Tidewater Express team for the past two and a half years, and is one of our towing dispatchers based out of the Chesapeake truck repair shop. Sylvia’s responsibilities include taking calls for emergency or non-emergency towing services as well as road service repairs and handling them all with coolness under pressure. Towing dispatch is not an easy job, people on the other end of the phone are often not in the best of moods, and Sylvia’s greeting and tone of voice puts our customers at ease knowing that our towing and recovery services or road repair services are on the way. Sylvia is getting plenty of patience and ‘coolness under pressure’ practice while trying to plan her upcoming 2021 wedding during a pandemic…I’m sure you’re all with us in sending our best wishes to Sylvia and her fiance.
