Meet the Team - Samantha Ashley
Samantha Ashley has been with TEI for just over one year, and works out of the Tidewater Express Truck Repair shop in Chesapeake. As our Service Writer, Sam’s responsibilities revolves around the needs of you…our customers. Sam is the liaison between our customers and our in-shop diesel mechanics. She makes sure the customers needs are filled, performs cost and time estimates, tracks repairs and communicates back to the customer. Should updates need decimated from our shop technicians or further work need done, Sam will have the knowledge about your vehicle or equipment.

A FEW FUN FACTS ABOUT SAMANTHA ASHLEY:
It’s hard to choose, but I would say it’s really my job. This position is needed, and it is very important for me to be on all of the details of our customers needs and that the shop mechanics have all the information that they will need to make the necessary RV repairs, or truck repairs whatever it is they may be working on. Everyone has to work together to get a repair done, and I facilitate that.
Other than the sugar-free Monster that I have every day on the way to work…like I said, I can’t let the guys down. If I’m not here, the guys can’t do their work.
